| ТРЕНИРОВКИ ПРОВОДЯТСЯ КАЖДУЮ СРЕДУ В 22.00 ПО МОСКОВСКОМУ ВРЕМЕНИ. ЦЕЛЬ И ТЕМА ТРЕНИРОВКИ УКАЗЫВАЮТСЯ ТРЕНЕРАМИ!Правила:
1) Заблаговременно проверить работоспособность сервера, что-бы каждый мог подключиться.
2) Заблаговременно скачать карту проводимой тренеровки, что-бы не задерживать остальных.
3) Тренировка должна быть рассчитана на 1-2 часа игрового времени (Без Дебрифинга)
4) Тренировка должна начинаться строго в запланированное время (решение тех вопросов на Тренерах, За опоздание - наказание http://www.at-consulting.ru/ak.swf)
5) Канал в ТС во время начала тренировки должен быть запоролирован (опоздавшие тренировку не проходят, во избежание флуда опоздавших) необязательно
6) Построение личного состава после прогрузки всех игроков.
7) Обозначение целей тренеровки. Брифинг (если необходимо).
8) Флуд категорически запрещен. Вопросы задавать с разрешения тренера.
9) Исполнение строго по приказу.
10) Вести записи о обучаемых, как плюсы так и минусы.
11) По окончании тренировки обязателен Дебрифинг, где обсуждаются ошибки и положительные моменты обучаемых и тренера. Качество проведенной тренеровки, замечания и предложения.
12) Передать полномочия следующим тренерам.
13) Написать краткий отчет о тренеровке и выложить в этой теме.
В течении недели отписываемся что хотели бы вы отработать на следующей тренеровке.
